Getting your CompTIA Certification
Select a school that participates in the CompTIA Authorized Partner Program. Participating schools will provide training material to prepare for CompTIA certification. Certification is necessary for IT professionals in this difficult job market. Obtaining certification will open the door to more employment opportunities.

Get the same high level of certification training at a much lower cost. Take advantage of the eLearning program by reviewing the course catalog and purchase the classes online. Choose one or multiple courses while enjoying the enormous discounts.
Purchase the appropriate certification training manuals, depending on which exam you wish to take. View the 14 different certifications exam preparation manuals online or go to a local bookstore. Select CompTIA approved material along with practice exams. Look through the online catalog and view the description of each certification manual before making a final decision.
Start preparing for the certification test, by purchasing a voucher. Registered vouchers will contain a number that you will need in order to login for the exam. Purchase it online or through a CompTIA Authorized Partner Program. Confirmation will be sent by email with all of the voucher information, scheduled exam time and location.
Passing the exam requires a score of 675 or better. Tests will have a total of 100 questions and CompTIA will allow up to 90 minutes to finish before the automated software shut off.
Following the exam, a test score report will appear on the screen showing each exam section with marked correct and incorrect answers. Tests are Pass/Fail only.
Maintain your certification by taking a continuing education class at a CompTIA Authorized Partner Program participant or retake the certification exam. Effective January 1, 2011, certification will be valid for 3 years. Renewal will allow IT professionals keep their skills and certification current.
Failure will result in retaking the exam a second time. Certification exams can be done over without a waiting period. Failing the exam a second time will result in a 14 calendar day waiting period before scheduling the third attempt. EBay: How to Deal with Unfair Negative Feedback
If a customer leaves unfair feedback, can the seller dispute it with eBay? The seller must first try to resolve the dispute with the buyer. After you have made every effort to resolve the negative feedback with the buyer, contact eBay. You will need a feedback revision form.
The seller has the right to request a revised feedback comment from the buyer. If a buyer posts an unsatisfactory feedback and the seller corrected the problem, a feedback revision should be requested. EBay allows 5 feedback revisions for every 1000 comments over a 12 month period. Sellers with high earnings can submit more than 5 feedback revisions.
EBay permit 1 feedback revision for each transaction. You cannot carry the request over from year to year. Suspended eBay accounts cannot request a feedback revision. The feedback must be less than 30 days old. You must try to resolve this unfair feedback with the buyer prior to contacting eBay.
You can access the Request Feedback revision page from the Feedback forum or the feedback profile. You will see a list of available reasons for why you are requesting a feedback revision, choose all that applies. You will see the number of times you can submit a feedback revision request located at the top right corner of the page. State the reason why you want the buyer to make changes to the feedback. Type in a summary up to 500 characters in the request. Click the send button once you are done. A confirmation notice will be sent to your email account. The buyer will also receive a copy of the request by email. They will be able to view the summary you wrote on the feedback request form.
The buyer will be allotted ten days to respond to the feedback revision request. The buyer will review it and either decide to make revision, or reject the request by submitting their own explanation. What if the buyer does not respond to your request? If there is no response from the customer in 7 days, a reminder will be sent to them by email. If ten days have passed and the buyer still did not respond, the seller will receive an email when the feedback request has expired. The seller will not be permitted to submit another request. EBay will make the final decision and send it to you by email.
Some buyers will try to demand make transactions outside of the eBay website, if the seller does not comply, they will leave negative feedback. This is called feedback extortion. If you are threatened with negative feedback from a buyer, report it immediately to eBay customer service. Give full details of what led up to the incident with the buyer. You do have rights as a seller.

The Bearded Dragon Diet
Young bearded dragons need vegetable, fruit and insects for protein. They are unable to eat meat. Once the bearded dragon grows their diet will change. Your bearded dragon needs a diet that is full of meats, fruit and vegetables. In fact, they need more meat and some leafy green vegetables. Add a small amount of fruit to their diet on a regular basis.
Make sure you give the young bearded dragons 2 to 3 meals per day. They need flies, small sized cockroaches, mosquitoes, wax worms, white meal worms , earth worms and crickets for their protein source. Your adult bearded dragons eat small mice for protein. Adult dragons require 2 meals per day. Never feed your dragon lightning bugs or boxelders bugs; they will kill them instantly.
Use a spray bottle of water for the young dragon. Just give them a misting of water. Do not leave a water dish in their living space. They do not require a lot of water. Some adult bearded dragon learn to drink from a syringe or a hamster bottle. They only need a cap full of water.
Adult bearded dragons need 20% fresh leafy vegetables in their diet. They need nutrients from fresh greens like mustard, collards, turnips, chard, kale, escarole, spinach and bok choy. They also can eat fresh broccoli, beets, peas, zucchini, sweet potato, carrots, mixed vegetables (frozen), okra and summer squash. No canned vegetables, the preservatives can cause illness.
Many of the vegetable are treated with pesticides to discourage bug consumption. Fresh growing vegetables are also treated with fertilizer. Be sure to wash all vegetable before serving them to your bearded dragon.
Bearded dragon also loves the sweet taste of fruit. Cut all fruit into bite size so they can eat them. They enjoy papaya, watermelon, apple, apricots, honeydew, cantaloupe, kiwi, dates, figs, grapes, peaches and strawberries.
Many pet food stores have bearded dragon food that is fortified with the correct amount of protein, fruit and vegetable blend. This pet food will give your bearded dragon all of the nutrients it will need, no additional food will be necessary.

Gadhafi A Real Monster Dictator
This dictator is literally annihilating his own people. They are simply looking for a better way of life without the rule of a 40 year dictator. The band aid is off and people now know that dictatorships do not work. The longer they stay in office, the more oppressive men like Gadhafi are to the people. Although it is great to see the Libya people fighting for their freedom, it is sad to see them getting massacred on a regular basis. Gadhafi is using pro regime forces, the army and attacking the people with airstrikes in order to silence their voices. The sad part is because he has the powerful weapons; Gadhafi may actually win this one.
Moammar Gadhafi already said he would ignore any no-fly zone imposed by the US and other countries. The man is clearly unstable and has many unsettling issues. He told his people to love him or die. Gadhafi will fight them to the last bullet.
If you protest in Libya, you will be met with violence. What can the Libyan people do at this point? They will have to continue the fight and hopeful Moammar Gadhafi will be arrested for crimes against humanity. My heart is with the Libya people, but I know this battle is far from over.

The Rumor Mill is Flying about Steve Jobs
The rumor is Steve jobs only have weeks left to live. We all of heard about his recently cancer and liver fight over the years, but Steve never really disclose much about his illness. He really has been through a lot with a liver transplant and fighting off cancer of the pancreas which have a very low survival rate. We all saw the changes in his appearance over the last few years. Steve looked pale, thin and looked sick despite the fact that he tried to go on as CEO of Apple Inc.
We really don’t know what is happening with Steve Jobs. He has the right to keep his illness private. My own father died from cancer of the pancreas more than two years ago. I wish Steve Jobs well and hope that he know the public is behind him. No one will ever forget how he put Apple on the map and it is deeply appreciated.

The Egyptian Unrest Continues
Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright is calling for President Hosni Mubarak to step aside. The unrest in Egypt continues for the 13th day. The people are demanding that the president leave immediately. Thirty years in office really is too long in any democracy. Albright feels it is time for a new era in Egypt. Although the crowd is much smaller today, the feeling among the people is still the same in Cairo. How long will Mubarak hold out? He is still determined to stay as President of Egypt.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is calling for Egypt to continue to allow peaceful protests and freedom of the press to report from the streets. Egypt is facing many problems with unemployment, poverty, inflation and class warfare. The Egyptian people are saying that the Mubarak administration has failed for the last ten years. Conditions there are getting worst for the poor. The White House is still very tight lipped about any negotiations in removing President Mubarak and bringing in a transitional government.
The people are vowing to continue the fight as long as Mubarak remains in power. They want Mubarak gone from the presidency and Egypt. They will not back down until this happens.

Fortune Brand Makes Profits and on Fast track to Separation
Fortune Brands, Inc. (FO.N) had higher than expected earnings for the quarter. It is suggested that it’s due to lower expenses.
Titleist golf balls, Jim Beam, and Moen Faucets reported a net income of 85.4 mil, $0.55 per share in the 4th quarter. Last year’s 4th quarter earnings were at 11.5 mil, $0.08 per share.
According to Reuters excluding items, earnings were 63 cents per share, topping analysts’ average estimate of 58 cents.
Fortune planned to spin off home goods back in December 2010 along with golf units. William Ackman has raised the odds for a takeover of the parts of the units. The company is on track for completion in 2011. They are looking at earnings in the high single digit or possibly double digit range. The quarterly sales were at 1,90 billion. This is up from the previous year at 1.80 billion. It tops analysts’ estimate of 1.8 million.

Heart Attack Symptoms
What triggers a heart attack? It is blocked arteries or the blood supply is cut off from part of the heart. A blood clot will stop the flow of blood to the heart. A heart attack is also known as Acute Myocardial Infarction or MI.Most people do get signs prior to having a heart attack. They will feel a pain in the center of the chest, pressure or feel full. This will last for a few minutes. The pain will travel to the neck, shoulders and arms. The pain will vary depending on the individual.
Other symptoms are feeling faint, sweating, shortness of breath, anxiety, nervousness, paleness and an irregular heartbeat. Many people will ignore the signs because the symptoms will go away, but it will return at some point.
If you have any of the above symptoms, go to the emergency room or call 911 immediately.
